I needed to repair an old iPhone 5c to get information off of it. This battery worked perfectly. The biggest challenge was just trying not to lose the tiny screws. The included toolkit was excellent and had everything I needed, including what I needed to change the screen, which I happened to be doing at the same time.

Note that the battery is smaller in capacity than others, I believe it said it was 1680mah on the text printed on it. In their listing screenshot it says 1960mah. It's replacing an aftermarket battery I had in there that claimed to be more than 3000mah. I believe the numbers are accurate because this battery is about half the thickness of the one it's replacing.Frankly I don't mind it being smaller, it's for an iPhone 7 I really only keep around for use as a camera and an alarm clock. The other thing is the quality of aftermarket batteries is not that good, besides this one I've used two others and both have become swollen after roughly a year (the one this is replacing is also swollen). My gut feeling is a smaller battery might be less likely to swell (simpler construction and less chemistry going on inside it), even if it does swell it's thinner so I might not notice it because it has room. The quality of the battery and kit is good, the battery comes sealed in an anti-static bag you have to tear open. The one thing that's kind of mind boggling is the kit doesn't come with the adhesive perimeter seal for sealing the display to the phone's exterior, so you either have to buy that separately or hope you don't tear yours when replacing it (it's supposed to make your phone water resistant). It does come with everything else though, two plastic pry tools, all of the screwdrivers you could need (and then some like a flat head that isn't necessary for battery replacement), as well as the two adhesive strips for the battery. When replacing the battery be extremely careful, it's very easy to rip the flat cable for the Touch ID sensor or the sensor cluster. If you rip the Touch ID sensor cable you used to have to replace the entire display since the Touch ID sensor cable is part of the display cable, but now a days they sell replacement flat cables, you cut the ripped portion of the Touch ID sensor cable off (because the connector takes up room) and bypass it with a replacement flat cable, the way Apple should have done it, no idea why they combined two cables instead of having two separate cables.

If you're handy enough, and have a steady hand, changing out your iPhone 6 battery is no hard task. This kit includes all the screwdrivers and pry-tools you need and more. My picture didn't have the suction cup, but one is included. The only thing I needed was a stronger pry-bar because I didn't remove the existing tape on the first try.My battery was reading as needs service and now it works great. It's stayed on, albeit dormant for about three days now. There are plenty of videos online. I used the one that doesnt' have you disconnect the screen and it worked great.I recommend this one.
