We tried two sizes right off and still had to return and will try again. Otherwise seems like a good product. Normally wear medium. Trying for x large now the black ones. Sometimes diff colors might even be diff size.

These aren't the type of panties you'd want to wear to the grocery store, but they do the job of protecting your backside on the bike. I would also recommend picking up one of the memory foam seat covers if your butt is in pain after riding. They help out. Because of the extra padding in these drawers, you may find yourself a bit sweatier down there after the ride, so as Frankie says, be prepared!
