I have an older Ring door bell. The first version. It finally wouldn't fully charge, then not charge at all. Why replace the entire thing when a battery should work. Ten screws, some prying and a little elbow grease to get the original battery out. The battery was held in with double sided tape. Some prying and out is came. The new battery fit snugly and tight without any tape. Now, I have a working Ring door bell again for a simple repair. Easy to do.
