I had handlebars that were 1 1/8" inch at the center but 7/8" at the grips. I needed a handlebar that was 7/8" the entire way so I could mount windshield brackets to them.I used these on the new 7/8" handlebars and they worked great! They hold very firm and you can't even tell that it had the other type of handlebars before. And I was able to mount the windshield with the new handlebars.I used these on an X-Pro Falcon 250 motorcycle. You have to use a 7/8" handlebar because the grips are that size. So these shim spacers were key in being able to mount my new handlebars.I highly recommend these.
