I like to use these once the weather gets warmer because I'm a sweater and I don't want to have pit stains when I arrive to work due to a hot commute. I put my normal deodorant on and then place these inside my shirt. They're just enough to soak up the sweat and keep you dryer. I also use them under my bust because I get so sweaty there. The shape isn't perfect but they help keep me dry so I appreciate them.

The idea of armpit sweat pads appealed to me because I don’t like using deodorants and antiperspirants that have harmful chemicals and/or that irritate my skin. These pads have a slight odor from the adhesive. Sadly, these sweat pads don’t work for me. Perhaps I am using them incorrectly. The box came with no instructions and those provided on the ordering page are unclear and written in grammatically poor and choppy English. The photo illustrations were unclear and unhelpful to me. They are not convenient or comfortable to use. The edges of the pads rub and irritate my armpits. They do not absorb odor, have their own mild adhesive smell, are difficult to attach properly, and cannot be used on sleeveless garments without showing; they are only invisible on garments with sleeves. I am not able to use them and do not consider them a good value for the money.
