I'm not trying to be negative but here is my experience.infinite wants $525 plus shipping. Z1 wants $250 Rock auto wants $150 this is an amazing price for a NEW unit. BUT! The first one was defective right out of the box. It's issue was when pulling the door handle the door handle would have slack of about half inch. Door would NOT open using handle just like the unit I was replacing. Initated a return but with replacement. installed and it is currently working but it still does not have the smoothness the passenger side has. So let's see how long this lasts. tbh this is Nissans fault for making a door handle design that frankly sucks. This also affects other models. I have personally experienced an issue with a 2006 path finder driver door would shut it closed and it would to latch only flop... Fast way to remove this is . pull door panel. pull 3 stickers off revealing glass hold downs. use a marker to maintain same glass position when you put it back in. Pull glass out then only remove the surrounding 10mm's on the black panel. THE WHOLE THING COMES OUT WITH THE REGULATOR. Now you can see inside the door and proceed.

I have a 2006 Infiniti G35 Coupe, my OEM lock actuator on the driver side went out and I could not unlock or the open the door. The passenger door was showing signs of heading on that direction so I decided to change both.Heads up, in order to access actuators you have to remove door panels and windows. Good excuse to clean the inside of your doors!Installation is fairly easy and straight forward. Took notes on how the OEM units looked and mirrored with the replacements.Build quality looks good, the cables are exactly where they need to be.From Inside: Easy open, lock/unlock. Interesting feature, it will disengage lock when pulling door handle. OEM didn't do this, guess I'll have to get used to it.From Outside: For some reason, the outer handle actuator cable (on both sides) requires an excessive amount of force in order to pull and open doors; It Feels like the handles could be ripped at any point. When locks engaged they have about the same feel as OEMs.When using key on the driver's side, it will not unlock. I tried various times, It'll move the actuator up and down, double checked the rod and clips between the handle and the actuator and all looked as it was on the OEM. The only way it unlocked was when I stuck my hand inside the door panel and engaged it manually.I mean, I could be paying over $800 for OEM Infiniti Parts: 80500-AC80A/80501-AC80ALet's see how these $90 do, While I decide if I get OEMAs they say: "You get what you pay for"Update 11/30/2023: Product is garbage. Remember that excessive amount of force to pull on the handle? Guess what, it just broke the Outer Door Handle Bracket, $120 to replace it.Not worth it, I just ordered $650 of OEM parts.
