Easy to install and fits well, but it wobbles slightly during operation and is noisier than the original. It works, but the overall stability and noise level could be improved.

I have a Penguin Power Filter model 200 to try and keep my 29 gallon aquarium clean. I've got several other filtration systems as well as this, but two very dirty, but lovable, goldfish, make it hard to stay on top of the crap. I know you aren't supposed to replace this bio-wheel assembly even after they look dirty, but should rely on the accumulated bacteria to keep things healthy. My two goldfish have already broken one wheel. The filth built up unevenly, and the wheel filter material actually pulled away from the plastic housing. I'm assuming it's just a matter of time before they destroy another one, so was interested in taking a look at this replacement and having it on hand. Perfect fit and turns like a charm! I am so thrilled! Got even more than what I expected!

Got some used aquarium equipment from someone but the filters were missing the bio wheel parts. These replacement wheels fit the filters I have. I was surprised how big they are, but I guess that makes sense with the big gap that was left without them there. Cannot speak to the quality compared to the original part since I never had the original one to begin with.
