Using it for multiple scanners and it works great. With my antenna we are picking up signal over 100 miles away.

Before this antenna amp entered my life, my TV channel lineup looked like a post-apocalyptic wasteland; just static, sadness, and one local channel playing reruns of Judge Judy like it was a hostage situation.Then came this little amplifier. I don’t know if it’s powered by science, sorcery, or a pact with the signal gods, but once I plugged it in....BOOM!....my TV suddenly became a beacon for stations I didn’t even know existed. We’re talking 40+ channels, many of which aren’t blurry, glitchy messes! I now receive broadcasts from towns I’ve never heard of. I think I picked up a Canadian cooking show last night and I live in Florida.Want to feel like you’ve unlocked a secret level in the TV multiverse? This is your ticket. This antenna amp hauls in stations like it owes them money. No more antenna fidgeting, no more “well, maybe if I stand just here with one arm out.” Just plug it in and bask in the glorious flood of free content, all using the crappiest omni antenna you have.Final word? This antenna amp doesn’t amplify signals, it amplifies your worth as a human who deserves decent reception. If your antenna’s pulling in squat, this thing’s the equivalent of throwing it into a training montage and watching it emerge jacked, confident, and multilingual.

The amplifier boost radio frequencies but only boost a very small number in a very limited range of digital HD TV channels. The FM boost elevated my review to two stars since I was really looking for digital HD TV channel signal improvement. With my ancient RCA antenna I can receive over 40 HD digital TV channels, my Leaf around 35. With this amplifier I cannot reach no more than 7 channels within the 82-88MHz band.

There is no way to tell what the adjustment knob is set at by looking at the unit. Is it rotated a half turn across it’s range? Or it it rotated an entire turn. It can rotate all day in any direction. 6 watts seems like a lot of power to amplify a TV signal too. The knob feels like it adjusts an RF slug rather than a proper potentiometer and there is absolutely no documentation.

It helped to clear up a few distorted signal channels, so I suppose it worked. Expected a little bit more but it's ok. It was easy to install.
