This takes up more or less the space of a typical office water cooler, but doubles as an ice maker! Even for a small kitchen, that is a huge upgrade without taking up any countertop space!Setup took a while - it's strongly recommended to clean everything thoroughly AND there are a ton of taped-down components you need to open up. Look closely especially inside the ice maker hole. The controls and indicators are all easy to understand. The cold water is a perfectly refreshing temperature. The ice is the perfect kind for people who like to chew ice, and the ice maker doesn't make a lot of noise compared to my previous countertop one which would wake everyone up in the middle of the night.I don't really use the hot water feature, so no comment.Fortunately, you can turn on/off any of the features (cold, hot, ice) individually and it's very easy to tell what's on or off.My few and minor complaints with this are:1) The cup space is pretty short, it's hard to even get a travel water bottle or mug in there. I suppose that's the trade-off for having a built-in ice maker right there.2) It pours water pretty slowly3) The digital touch buttons are funny sometimes - instead of holding it down to dispense cold water, you tap it once to start, and again to stop. This occasionally leads to trying to tap it off and it taking too long and nearly overflowing. Or worse, sometimes you tap it twice and the delay causes it to turn back on when there's no longer a cup underneath. A good old fashioned manual lever is easier in my opinion, but it does look a lot more modern this way.Minor grievances aside, I'm more than satisfied with this significant upgrade to our humble RV kitchen!

We’ve been using this Water Cooler and Ice Dispenser for a few weeks now, and it’s been awesome in our home. The convenience of having both hot and cold water on demand, combined with an ice maker, is incredible. It makes entertaining so much easier since we always have ice available, and the ice maker produces a good amount quickly. In about 10 minutes, you have a fresh batch of ice, which is perfect for our family gatherings. The setup was quick, and the unit is surprisingly lightweight, which makes it easy to move around. The water gets cold fast, and the hot water is great for making tea or coffee, with the added bonus of a child safety lock to prevent accidental burns. The overall design is sleek and doesn’t take up too much space, so it’s perfect for smaller kitchens or offices. One thing to keep in mind is that the ice maker does take up some space in the unit, so it won’t hold an endless amount of ice. But for day-to-day use, it's perfect. The only downside I’ve encountered is that when you press the button for water, it doesn’t hold down to continuously dispense—you have to press it multiple times. Other than that, it’s an excellent product that I would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, multi-functional water dispenser. Here's a picture that I took when I first set it up

I was so excited to try this out. We have a cabin with rusty well water and we end up using cases of bottled water every time we spend a weekend there. I hate the thought of all the plastic waste we're generating. The unit is very well packaged and arrived without any visible damage. I followed the instructions and set it in an upright position for a minimum of 2 hours (actually I waited about 3). I cleaned all the surfaces that are supposed to be cleaned prior to use, and added a brand new 5 gallon jug to the top. When I pressed the cooling button or ice button, the compressor kicked in with a very loud rattling/fluttering noise. It clearly wasn't operating correctly, and wasn't cooling anything. Just in case it was an refrigerant oil issue, I let it sit overnight to settle even more, but the problem was still there the next day.I was able to use it as a basic dispenser of room temperature water. You press the button to turn on the dispensing function, then press it again to turn it off. I thought that was a little strange and would've expected it to be a press-and-hold to dispense design to avoid any risk of spillage. As it is, a small child could reach up there, press the button and walk away and you'd eventually have 5 gallons spilled on the floor. There is a child lock, but it's only for the hot water function.I didn't try the hot water as I was only interested in cooled water and ice, neither of which worked.Neither Amazon nor the company's direct support email were able to simply swap my unit for a working one. Instead, they said to just return it and reorder. That sounds reasonable until you realize that the price jumped about $100 since the time of ordering the first one. I am not a happy customer, and I now have two 5 gallon jugs of water with no way to use them.
