The company always produces great food coloring, but in the case of the powdered red coloring I had to use nearly have the container and still only got a barely "pink salmon" color rather than red. Perhaps my use for French Macaron was not suitable for the product as others had a good result.

I used the same cookie recipe from the past. They are delicious cookies. This time I added the red powder. The cookies are very red, which is great. But they lost their flavor and after only eating 3 of them my stomach feels a bit strange... I've always loved these cookies so I'm bummed the flavor changed after I used the powder.
