I put this on a 1989 comanche. it was a very tight fit to the pilot hole and i had to screw on just the spacer without fan to seat it then remove bolts and put fan on. Construction seems good and the bolts fit fine.

Fit as described, no issues so far. Better looking than my stock spacer.

Replacing a stock fan spacer out of necessity. When I replaced my stock fan for the flexi-fan, the pitch of the blades when the car was idling was too close to the shroud, thereby causing it to rub. That spacer was 2-7/8". I was able to pull it closer to the engine and away from the radiator/shroud and also enabled me not to cut up my knuckles while trying to install the fan.The only issue I had was that the center alignment hole was a tad tight, so I had to use my dremel to hone out the opening a little bit to ensure a snug fit, without binding too much. The only other complaint I have is the edges were pretty sharp; it's nice aluminum and has a nice design, I just wish they would have knocked down the sharp edges.Overall, I'm really happy with the product. It has slotted holes for mounting the fan, which allows for inserting the bolts one at a time (at an angle, if necessary), instead of all four at once fearing they may fall out while you line it up. I also like that it looks good in the engine compartment. A nice addition to the vehicle and lightens the load on the pulley at the same time.
