As a short woman, this thing is the best! It was a bit difficult to install, but we made it work and it makes the shower into my mini spa. Also one of the settings has a 'power wash' on the head and it is great for rinsing down the shower after cleaning it.

Easy install. Good instructions. Solid water pressure per head, still good when combined. Love the diverter functionality - along with the hand-held head for cleaning! Solid value for the money!

I've installed a fair number of similar shower head combos like this, and never had an issue...until now. It installed easily, but when I turned it on, water started spraying everywhere out of the joint where the existing outlet from the wall meets the shower head assembly. I disconnected it, and checked for a washer inside. Yup, it was there. Seeing as how the spares that came with it seemed a little larger then the one that was in there, I put a spare in. Nope, still spraying all over the place. At this point, I thought "screw it," and used some pipe thread. Same thing. I have no idea what the problem is, other than the product itself, and will be returning it.Edited to say that I discovered another adjustable piece just below where the leak was. LOL, in my defense, a quick peak at the one-page instructions made no mention of this piece. However, even though tightening this one down largely stopped water from spraying anywhere, it still leaks a great deal, running down the fixture and into the tub. Problem for another time, it's usable now, and I'm a little too frustrated to continue. My son finds it acceptable, so I guess we're keeping it, since it's the only one I found that he liked. Being handicapped, we do wish the controls were about a foot lower, but he says he can work with it.
