I found a very well done video on YouTube showing just how to replace this battery. You need to warm the case up with a heat gun (carefully - it needs to get warm - not hot). You need to CAREFULLY remove the bottom of the case, unplug the battery and then pull a cover off the battery to expose it. Reverse the process to reassemble. There are delicate copper wires connected to the capacitance charger that can break if you are not totally careful. I would not recommend trying this if you have no experience with working with delicate electronics.It took me about ten minutes to replace the battery - and was extremely cautious. The indicator light came on, letting me know the battery worked. I charged the case overnight and it works perfectly!Works great (and potentially saved me money on a replacement case - if I could even find one).
