First off it actually fits right which is rare for me since big and tall usually means either super long or super tight in all the wrong places. But this one gave a comfy middle ground. The mesh liner didn’t ride up or chafe which made pool time less annoying and more fun. Took it on a cruise last week and wore it to the beach the buffet the pool even napped in it once. Didn’t want to change out because it felt that light and breezy. Pockets held up well too which matters when carrying random stuff like my ship card and sunglasses. One moment that stuck with me was dancing under string lights near the pool bar at night and realizing I had forgotten I was wearing swim trunks at all. Just felt like regular comfy shorts.

These swim shorts are really well-made and super comfortable. The lightweight, stretchy fabric feels great and dries quickly, and the secure fit with the adjustable waistband is a big plus. My husband especially liked the inner phone pocket, such a smart feature for practical wear at the pool or beach.However, I was disappointed with the color. The listing says Oatmeal Black, which I assumed meant black shorts, but they’re actually a light tan. That was unexpected and a bit of a letdown. Thankfully, my husband still liked them enough to keep and wear them.Overall, they’re great quality swim trunks with thoughtful features, just be aware the color might not be what you expect.
