The other reviewer was entirely correct. The absence of a proper prism renders this scope valueless, as the images are reversed.

This finderscope does not include a prism to create a “correct image”. The view is left-right reversed.

Its a finder scope. It sits on your main telescope. Image being 'reversed' is 100% irrelevant [see other reviews] in terms of 'finding' a star, planet or DSO, crosshairs are what matter. Got it for the right angle viewing/not breaking my neck aspect. It far exceeds my expectations re: build quality for price. The rear spring is a really nice design feature in terms of being able to easily adjust the alignment [hard to explain - but you will see what I mean if you get one]. Its the same as a bunch of other ones that cost more ... likely all out of the same factory. Get the cheapest. I use it on a C8.
