I got this to replace a similar pump that died. This one is similar quality to the one that came with our tumbling mat which is not great but sufficient. The hose is pretty short and the fittings on either end of the house seem pretty thin and fragile. Considering you are connecting and disconnecting the hose every time you inflate/deflate, I would prefer a sturdier hose. The bigger issue is that I used this once to inflate our tumbling mat and again to deflate it. It pumped up fine and quickly but while deflating it started to smell like burning plastic. That's coincidentally exactly what happened to the pump that this once is replacing so I'm afraid this one might have an even shorter life. Will update if/when it dies.
