The 100 pack, disposable changing pads are the perfect size for my little 8 pound canine to use as her puppy pads! They are definitely leakproof, while still being soft and inviting for my little girl to relieve herself when we can't get outside for a walk! They absorb her urine right away, therefore, keeping the pad dry enough for her to find another spot when necessary! I actually prefer these to her regular puppy pads for the aforementioned reasons! I love these things. They work great. These are the expected size to fit on top of a diaper change pad, 18 inch by 24 inch. I however primarily use them for cleaning up spills and other toddler messes.These have the thinnest backing that I have come across but they still work fine. Less plastic is fine with me.
