Q: How to turn on and turn off the device?
A: After you have connected the cable correctly, the device will start automatically when you start the motorcycle. After you turn off the power of the motorcycle, it will automatically power off.
Q: Can this unit work on my motorcycle?
A: Our products are suitable for any vehicle, you can use them by installing them. It needs to be connected to your ACC power supply.
Q: Does it run on its own battery, if so how long does it last?
A: The device itself does not contain a battery and needs to be connected to a power source to use it.
Q: How to connect it to my phone?
A: After you start the device, you can click the carplay or Android auto function, and follow the screen prompts to connect to the phone. （The device starts with carplay by default. If you are an Android phone user, please set Android auto as the default startup item in the background device.）

Clearly not the highest of quality. The bluetooth audio was always a bit poor quality, the touchscreen wasn't particularly responsive, and now after one year and far from daily use it's completely dead.

Screen is bright and the touchscreen is responsive while wearing gloves. I have not yet used it in the rain and I hope I don't have to. Only problem is it stops connecting randomly. The fix is to disconnect it, forget bluetooth and re-pair it. It takes several minutes so it is quite annoying. There is no website or way to update the device or its firmware. Have a viable plan B when it decides not to work for a brief time.

If all of the applications worked as advertised it would be great for riding, but it doesn't. It's difficult to switch between phones/operating systems. The volume for my android is cut by half. The factory reset doesn't work. If I turn the unit of I can't turn it back on, or if I turn it on, I can't turn it off without without unplugging it. If it is overcast the unit loses connection with either of my phones and I need to restart it. It freezes and restarting is the only it works again.If all of these bugs got worked out it would be great, but I can't give it more than 2stars.

Older Goldwing. Wanted apple CarPlay. Tried one with a bigger screen but couldn’t fit with no included hardware. System would connect to phone AND stereo. Sent it back and ordered this one. Hesitant because of the smaller screen but turns out it’s the perfect size. Included hardware was easy install. Functions perfect out of the box and connected to phone and stereo ( I had prev. Added Bluetooth to the stereo). Great product.

This is a relatively inexpensive carplay/android auto unit and is good for the price.The package it came in was opened, and the box it was in was for a different product. But it still had the factory screen protector. It works great from initial tests!I'll update this review as I use it in the coming months.

Dropping to 1-star and leaving original review below. The unit is supposed to be waterproof. It's not. Washed my bike and moisture got in it. The unit is still functional, but the screen now has moisture in it, making it impossible to read maps. I opened it up and wicked a few drops out. Also used hair dryer to try to drive moisture out. Didn't work. Second issue I noticed is that the ABS plastic mount (not the GPS) appears to have cracked in a few spots near the bottom. This unit has never been dropped, so am speculating that it was a bad casting process. All of the plastic is super thin. All of the units that look like this are from the same place, so take your chances if you buy any of them.Former 5-star review: This exceeded my expectations. It is so inexpensive that I wasn't expecting much. Turns out the screen is really responsive and no lag. The main holder is a rigid ABS style plastic with a right-angle connector for power. The electrical pins used are standard gold-plated pogo pins. I recommend a smear of petroleum jelly on them so they don't fail from dust/water. A few trivial things to point out: 1) the molded right-angle power connector sticks out about 10mm and is inline with the center of the mount holes. This can be a problem if replacing mount with AMPS style mount. ie, might need spacers for new mount. 2) The hole spacing is the same as AMPS mount, but the nuts are smaller and embedded in the ABS holder. ie, smaller screws than traditional. 3) The included mount hardware is sufficient for most users, but can place the unit in an awkward position--hence why it was replaced with a conventional AMPS bracket in my case. Conclusion: I could replace 8 of these for the price of one of the name brand GPS's that came with my bike.

I got this in May 2023, tested it right away with the USB test power cable. Worked great testing. Installed it a couple days later. Working great until the beginning of October... seems like the digitizer on the right half of the screen no longer responds to touch but the left half still works, to get around this I've had to rearrange my commonly used icons to the first 4 tiles on the left 1/2 to continue using it (1st image) . I can still swipe to the next screen so I added the next 4 tiles to the 1/2 of the next screen (2nd image). Not bad for 6 months of great functionality. I have a Cardo unit for communication and audio and to use that I had to pair it with this unit then it passes the audio to my Cardo (phone-=>carplay-=>cardo).I'll continue to use this until it fully fails since I'm outside of my return window :-( ymmv
