I got this for work to replace my other bag. This is a great bag and the pockets are awesome. It helps me keep my stuff organized. Color is awesome and the molle attachments is great if you already have molle items.

I've used this on one trip, and I put some heavy stuff in it. I'd guess a good 30-40 lbs. It carries weight comfortably. The padding on the straps is decent, thick enough for a bag this size. The waist strap is removable if you want to, which would also make replacing it with a padded strap really simple. I prefer padded straps, so I might do that. The zippers are strong, as is the material. The inside of the pockets has a PVC lining that I don't care for as much. I have some older bags with that lining and it eventually breaks down and gets crumbly. That takes like a decade though, and even so the bag would still be usable. I don't prefer having that lining, but it's not a huge deal, all things considered. The side straps are strong and take all that weight off the zippers, which should keep them from breaking. The top handle was able to lift the full bag, it's well-stitched. The camo pattern looks good, it's a good quality print and a nice pattern. I haven't made use of the molle yet, but visually, it looks to be the correct size. I think at the price (like $27, when I got it) it's a great value.
