The switch is reversed. The wiring connectors on the top go to the bottom and vice versa. The stickers dont include arrows. Works reliably once you reverse the wiring.

It is built well and has held up to being used several times a day for the past month without any signs of degradation. The stickers didn't stay on, but I didn't clean the surface before applying them which I believe interfered with the adhesion. I've since misplaced the sheet or else I'd try again. Overall, I'm fully satisfied and would buy these again.

I found this to be a durable 3-way switch offering an ON/OFF/ON arrangement. The switch is stamped with a rating of 20 Amps at 12 volts DC and comes with a few short jumpers, a brief schematic and a page of clear adhesive labels.The switch performed as expected, I had no issues with its operation. Each position locks into place with a loud click. The switch stays in position well and is unlikely to be moved by accident.A few notes that may be helpful:For the indicator lights to function properly, 12-volt power needs to be applied to Pin-2 and Pin-7 must be tied to ground. In this arrangement power is switched to the pin opposite the switch down position. So, when the switch is pressed down towards Pin-3, power is applied to Pin-1, when the switch is pressed down towards Pin-1 power is applied to Pin-3.The other bank of pins (4,5,6) is isolated from Pins 1,2,3 as well as the indicator light ground (Pin-7). The same switch behavior is true on this side – when the switch is pressed down towards Pin-4 a connection is made from Pin-5 to Pin-6, when the button is pressed down towards Pin-6 a connection is made between Pin-5 and Pin-4.This arrangement offers some versatility as long as Pin-2 gets 12 volts of power.
