I originally got these to be Easter egg fillers. However, they did not fit the standard size Easter egg. I had to get eggs a little larger to fit them in. It was worth it. My kids love them and only have 1 or 2 left to put together. Some of the pieces come off easily or don't go on easily but still really cute. They also have moving parts which is so much fun for the kids. There is a good variety and are good quality. I definitely recommend these to any Lego loving kids.

Not bad, I got these to act as TTRPG "buddies", they keep watch over everyone's dice, it's a silly little tradition at my table. All my players picked one (except the Artificer, he got three because they're also acting as representations of his little robot buddies) and we assembled them while eating during session 1.The instructions are inconsistent styles, and the instructions for each animal are only on ONE side of the instructions paper, while on the OTHER side there's a single step in the construction of a much bigger animal. I thought at first that this was a clever idea, because it would be really cool to flip all the instructions over and use all the pieces to make one huge turtle or something. However, as we went along assembling things, we realized that all the instructions DON'T match - some of the flip-sides seem to add up to a turtle, some add up to a big tropical fish, and some are for... a kangaroo? And some of them I can't even GUESS what they're supposed to be. There's little numbers in the corner showing what "step" of the instructions each panel is, but this kit doesn't include all the steps for ANY of these secondary builds and there's no indication as to why are what you're supposed to do about it.It's so confusing, are they all supposed to mash together to form a big thing or not? If so, why isn't that actually clearly explained anywhere (and why aren't those instructions included)? If not, what in the world is all this other stuff about?

I use these as super prizes in class. My students absolutely love these building blocks. They fit the name brand; so excellent quality. These are fun for kids to build and my first grades do not have trouble building them independently.

These come with 25 individually wrapped mini building kits, each with its own color-coded and super easy-to-read instructions. I love that each set includes instructions for building just one animal, not three like some others we’ve bought. It keeps things simple and way easier for the kids to follow — no flipping through multiple steps trying to figure out which version they’re building. The instructions are double-sided — one side shows how to build the animal, and the other side has what looks like a big combo build if you use all the packs together. My kids are totally content building the individual animals or mixing the pieces to make their own creatures. We skip the mega builds — that would be a headache to try to organize all the pieces and instructions. It all comes in a cute, giftable marine-themed box, and for around $15, it’s a great deal. Plus, the pieces work perfectly with Lego bricks, which is a big win!

This is a super cute collection of creative toys, and very reasonably priced. Individually, they’re cheaper than a candy bar, and they’ll last longer too.As you may have suspected, they are sized to be compatible with Lego, and while the manufacturing tolerances may not be exactly to those standards, they fit together well and won’t cause any disruptions in play when intermingled. Each character is surprisingly complex, often consisting of 25+ pieces. The instructions are clear, and I love that it’s 25 unique figures rather than 5 of this, 5 of that, and so on. Seems like kids have less to quibble over when everyone gets something unique. Most of all, the kids love them. The creatures are cute and recognizable enough to spark all sorts of imaginative play. They’ve absolutely nailed it with this set.
