This latch could be used in Fort Knox. Solid and heavy duty. I measured post sizes and distances and parameters are clearly described in product description.

I needed a heavy duty addition to the cheap chain link fence ring closure that is standard. This is it! Not only is it heavy and great quality but it actually secured the ring that was already there in a way that tightened the door so it no longer budges. Dogs will not be able to get out now.

This would be a good gate latch for a single gate and I installed it and it works good except for one thing that you did not put a good interest into the padlock holes They’re too far apart to use a standard padlock now I’m gonna have to purchase a long padlock to reach the two holes
