Really easy to open and close, comes in a nice carrying case, and fits my car's windshield well. I was a little nervous that this would be too large for my small toyota corolla, but it fits great! It's very easy to open and provides a lot more heat protection than I was expecting. In Florida, leaving your car for even 5-10 minutes in the sun it can easily get to over 100 degrees inside. I was surprised that this shade kept my car about 10-20 degrees cooler. Really impressed with it so far and hope it lasts at least through this blistering summer!

This is a clever design, It's got a nice cut-out for the rearview mirror, and the ends of the "umbrella" are soft and flexible. This shade says it's 57 inches wide, and it is, but it still worked in my Honda fit at only 46" wide. The sides just fold up nicely against the wing mirrors, so great job!! I've always used the two piece fold-up variety, but this is easier to deploy and easier to store. Very happy with this sun-shade.

This is the third umbrella-type car shade I've owned, and it is by far the best quality!! The end protectors are much longer and sturdier than on my previous two shades. This one also covers more windshield than the others did. The velcro is very well sewn on. Just a great product, all in all!! A++++

I always use a sunshade in my car because it doesn't have tinted windows. During the summer months, the interior gets really hot even when I leave a small opening in the windows. Compared to my two-ring sunshade, this one works much better. It's faster to deploy and collapse and I could just throw it onto the back set. On my old shade, I never fold it down into a small ring because it takes too much effort to twist it in the correct way so I just fold it in half and throw it in the back seat. What happens is when I drive with the windows open, I get a lot of flapping of the shade in the back. This umbrella style shade solves this annoying problem.

I love it. I usually have two "pop open" sun shades in my car that I have to finagle every time I get in. This product is essentially an umbrella (one piece!) that expands to cover your windshield. I just tuck it under my visors, but you can also attach the shade around your rear view mirror with a little velcro tab that's attached to the shade fabric.Really helps to keep your car cool on hot summer days, and I also like the security aspect of having this "curtain" covering my front seat area when I'm parked while out and about. It folds down very small and has 2 velcro tabs to keep it tidy. Also came with a separate bag which I won't use, but the bag itself is fine. My Honda CRV has front door cubbies that are the perfect size to hold a regular umbrella and this windshield umbrella, one on top of the other. Seems sturdy, is not rickety or persnickety when opening and closing. Recommended!

OaOa has thankfully made an umbrella that works great for my MDX. First, the fact that it opens/closes like an umbrella and not all the turning/twisting motion on typical car sun screens. This makes opening the umbrella and storing it extremely easy. Next, you have a sleeve so you can keep the umbrella protected while not in use, and because it's compact, I can easily slide it into the door pocket. The umbrella fits the span of my windshield, and because of the bendable ends (which are also protected), I don't have any concerns with poking or scratching of the windshield or the fabric. I can put it in place, pull the sun visors down for additional support, and my car remains cooler. Additionally, my dashboard is getting dried out by the sun either.

I got a new-to-me car recently and found that it gets absurdly hot inside if parked in direct sun, so I decided to get this as my first ever sunshade. It fits a 1999 Nissan Pathfinder with a small bit of overlap on the sides.It's very thick and definitely seems to keep the interior of my car cooler. I would say it provides a similar effect to parking under shade. Both myself and members of my family have noticed a difference in temperature between times I've put the sunshade up and times I haven't.I also really like the umbrella-style design, as it makes it really easy to fold up and the tines plus the handle help keep the middle section of the shade flush against the window. The tines are also flexible at the ends, which I would figure is to help the sunshade still fit even if it's a little bigger than the windshield, as it is in my car. Overall, super solid sunshade with a really well thought out design.

Fits my mustang nicely and replaces my previous oversized one. Folds down like a small umbrella when not in use then extends just like one when needed. Did keep my car pretty cool especially in this Texas heat! I like that it has a velcro slit in the middle that you can undo to clear your rear view mirror without having it bunch up. If this shade doesn't dissolve and starts to flake right away, I say it's a winner.
