They are Self Adhesive Car Door Speaker Foam Baffles. These are nice thick foam. they stick to the inside of the door behind the speaker. Then you use the ring to be put on the top of the speaker to focus the sound in the direction that is need to go to. Out the door panel. This does work well. The price is great. I like this item.

I got this product for free, the following is my honest and unbiased review.I've installed over 2 dozen car stereos over the years. Many of those systems used 6.5" round speakers mounted in door panels. These foam gaskets will help to seal 6.5" round speakers to the door panels to improve the bass. The adhesive backing will make installation easy, and the round foam pads may come in handy for cushioning. My only concerns are (1) the foam is not especially dense and (2) it is open cell which may retain moisture. Hence the loss of a star. Closed cell foam, like used in weather stripping, would have been better.
