The description gives an implication of being used to flatten and correct trading cards, which people would probably assume means one at a time, though the pictures show using an entire deck of cards.I tried placing a sleeved deck of cards in here, but there was no way to get them to remain flat and uniform, especially while trying to tighten the device. Trying to flatten your desk in a manner would certainly do more harm than good.At the moment, I am currently using the device as a stand for a figure. I really don't know how you are supposed to go about this

Picked this up to try and address the (infamous?) Magic foil card bending/"pringling" brand new out of the pack. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to have done that, unless it takes a very long time to do.The construction of the corrector is sturdy enough; nice thick plexiglass held down by 6 sprung-driven screws. Everything lines up perfectly out of the 'box' and the plexiglass comes coated on both sides with removable plastic film to ensure it's received in good condition. Assembly only takes a minute.I gave it 4* because there's no reason it shouldn't work as promised; guessing this particular well known and widespread issue just can't be fixed this way.
