Manufacturer needs to update scan chart for changing code reading, not simple to understand, they have new versions with quicker steps listed online

Nothing to dislike. It worked very well the two days I have used it. I chose this scanner because I was replacing a wired scanner. I didn't want to have to download the program to use the wireless model. I plugged into the laptop and started using it right away.

I purchased this product on Amazon: ARM 32-BIT CORTEX HIGH_SPEED CPU V4.00This product does read bar codes and sends the data to a electronic storage editor. Like text pad etc..I been inventorying all my home products that have bar codes for insurance purposes.My PC is in my living room and since I'm retired, my pet two dogs stay with me there.The problem is this: the bar code scanner beeps when it is plugged into the USB port handshake and when a bar code is scanned.My dogs do not like the high frequency pitch of the beep when the code is scanned by the reader and they get very agitated and upset.I need the updated manual with setup barcodes which allow to disable the beep. Like the "Close Voice" setting.Please post a URL where I can download the updated user manual and print it out. Then use the scanner to scan the "Close Voice" setting. Do not tell to contact the reseller for this or refer to a Need Help link. Ok?
