How to determine the fuel nozzle should be changed

Engine degradation
1. Lack of power: If you feel that the vehicle accelerates slowly and climbs arduously, the power output is not as good as before when driving at high speed.
2. The total speed is unstable: the total speed of the engine jitter, speed fluctuation, and even frequent flameout.

Abnormal fuel consumption
1. Increased fuel consumption: there is no significant change in driving habits and driving conditions, which may be caused by excessive fuel injection due to fuel nozzle leakage.
2. Abnormal exhaust emissions: pungent exhaust or unqualified exhaust detection, producing too much harmful gas.

Starting difficulty

1. Cold start problem: in cold weather, the cold start of the vehicle is difficult to start several times, which may be partially blocked by the fuel nozzle.
2. Hot start problem: After the vehicle stops for a period of time, it is difficult to start again, which may also be related to the fault of the fuel injector.

Nozzle appearance inspection
1. Carbon deposit and blockage: Remove the nozzle. If there is a lot of carbon deposit around the nozzle or the nozzle is blocked, it indicates that the nozzle needs to be cleaned or replaced.
2. Leakage: Check whether there is any trace of fuel leakage outside the fuel injector. If there is, the sealing part is damaged and needs to be replaced.

This is exactly what I needed to repair my Hisun Strike 550. It was a perfect fit and fixed my running issue. Price was very reasonable...especially considering what the OEM prices are. Can'y speak for durability/longevity since I just installed, but as of now it works great!
