I bought these to go on my mountain bike with presta valves. These valves are less common around here and I wanted to have the ability to plug-in to a larger number of pumps if I have an issue.These should do the job.The 5 pack is probably overkill but I will attach one and stash the others.

I got this mainly for the Presta-to-Schrader valve adapters. A couple of my bikes have Presta valves, as do the bikes of some of my fellow riders. It's always good to have one of these in your bike bag or pack in case nobody has a pump that fits Presta valves, which are less common. Having 5 of these allows me to carry one set in each of my bike bags and packs. The spare valve covers are an added bonus, because these inevitably get lost or misplaced.
