I bought this buffet serving set because we needed a nice set that wasn't plastic, and each piece matched the other. They are stronger and sturdier than I thought they were going to be. They look so nice on the table. We have used the with a fancy dinner as well as our monthly potluck get-together. The smaller tongs have been nice with both sweets and appetizers. I have plenty of serving spoons as well as slotted ones, no matter what is on the menu. When the party is over, I just stick them in the dishwasher. They are pretty and functional, and easy to care for. The best part they make me feel like I now have grown-up dinner parties.

We are hosting a wedding rehearsal dinner in a couple of weeks and this set of serving utensils will fit the bill perfectly. They are truly stainless steel and have a nice polished look. Just know that they are not the thickest. They are a step down from your own nice serving spoons that you may have come with your nice silver-wear set. Yet they are better than what you would expect for the serving ware from a catered meal.Please know that the utensils are not very long (see attached photos). They work but tend to be on the short side for deep bowls or dishes.By the way, ours came perfectly packaged. No dents nor scratches anywhere.Yes, these will do nicely.

This set is great for parties however we could've used more forks. With this many pieces in a set, I find it odd that it only comes with one fork and way too many spoons. The tongs are also very sharp on the edges, almost skin cutting sharp.

This is a very lightweight set. Still serves it's purpose and very useful serving set though!!! I'll save the tongs for parties or picnics but the slotted and full serving spoons work well and the pie server as well.It's an affordable full set! But if you're looking for a heavier, sturdier set you may want to keep looking. If you are looking for affordable, lightweight everyday set - this does the job!

I never thought I’d be reviewing serving ware, but I didn’t have any bigger spoons for scooping out potato salad and I got tired of using my stockpot spoons for that please get the job done and then some there a plain design which would match any common every day need if you want some thing elegant for a wedding these are not in but if you’re buying some thing for the office potluck I highly recommend getting this ad it’s great for picnic lunches with the family on the patio And the tongues do their job just fine

This is a great set that provides a variety of serving tools. It does have 8 spoons and only 1 fork. At least 2 forks would have been nice. Also if the tongs had the clip that keep them close. Unfortunately, they only spring open and close so will take up a lot of space when storing away. The pie/cake server seems a little smaller than usual. Overall, great set.

This set will definitely come in handy for a small gathering, but just a heads-up: it’s not the sturdiest. A couple of the tongs arrived with scratches, and overall, the pieces feel a bit fragile. If you’re planning to use it just for occasional events and nothing too fancy, it should be fine. I wouldn’t recommend it for daily use, though. I’ll come back to update after using it a few more times!
