This is a very nice tray and is perfect for making ladies fingers or related bar type cookies. I love to bake and love to make some traditional Italian desserts and am very happy to have this pan specifically for making lady fingers as they are near impossible to find now in my area. This would also be perfect for making langues de chat! This is a very nicely made pan – it bakes so well and clean up is a breeze, it washes so nicely. Very happy to recommend

This is a well-made baking pan. It provides help in creating uniform baked goods, thanks to the uniform depressions. And it has a full nonstick coating. This makes it possible to flip the pan and make longer length breadsticks and more. I like this versatility and expansion of the original intended use for the pan. Because of this flexibility and because the pan is competitively priced, I think the pan is a good value at the $18.98 price point.
