Not sure where they got that 3 minute installation nonsense from! I’ve installed many shower systems in my lifetime and this one was the most challenging. Be sure to have more plumber’s tape on hand because they were quite stingy with what was included. After an hour of cussing I was finally able to successfully complete the job.The shower unit itself is more than passable but may not be suited for family with kids since parts are plastic. I really like the water flow of the shower head as rain. I imagine I will have to replace in 5 years. It was a good price because I caught it on sale for $22 so to me it was a solid purchase.

Wow! What great customer service..I had an issue with a piece of the product. They addressed quick, replacement was here in a few days with consistent communication throughout. I strongly recommend this vendor.

This is a horrible product. We didn't even use any tools to install it and it broke because it is made of cheap products. We were going to just work around it, but then it fell from the installation and cracked the head. I would totally NOT recommend this product. We just stayed local and went to Lowe's and purchased something similar and installed it with no problems!

This shower head system is great in that the rain showerhead coverage is nice and wide and the rain shower effect feels great. The additional shower unit, which can be hand-held or left mounted, makes it convenient for those who don't particularly like the rain shower. It's also great for keeping the shower clean and makes bathing a dog in your tub easy. The problem I ran into, the hose was plastic and the end broke as I was installing it. Thankfully, that was the part that happened to still be good on my old unit, so I was able to swip/swap that out and put it on the new one. I have my doubts about how long this system will hold up. I installed it in our main bathroom, and now I'm thinking it might be better served in a secondary or guest bathroom, just because of the plastic parts. I'm skeptical how long it will last. At least in my case, I think you could save yourself a headache and put it together as you're installing the pieces instead of trying to install the whole unit at the end.

I’d been thinking about replacing my shower head with a rainfall one for a while now, and finally picked this one. So glad I did. I love that this comes with a handheld shower head. Great for cleaning the tub. It feels solid and has some weight to it. I also love the matte finishing. Installation was easy and quick. Would recommend this shower head!

I am not holding on to this lasting forever. It’s very pretty and big. Saying that, it is also made of plastic. There is no metal on this. The piece that holds the handheld device to the wall is peel and stick. You also need to know that on the bottom there is a button that needs to be unscrewed so that you can turn the actual piece that grasps the wand so that it will stand up. Look at the picture to see where the arrow is pointing. This is one of the only sets I found in this price point that has all of the needed pieces to put together. This should be put together one piece at a time while you’re standing on a ladder. If you put this all together at once and then try to attach it to the pipe coming out of the wall you’re not going to be able to do it; it’s going to be too big with the large 2- piece arm that’s holding it up. While it is lightweight and plastic, it also has all of the pieces (from the double diverter to the two packets of plumbers tape) which means you just need to buy the one box and you can have your whole showerhead put together in about 15 minutes. The rain shower feels really nice, and your water pressure is going to depend on really what’s coming into your house from your pipes.
