I bought this tablet for my autistic son who loves to watch movies. He rewatches small segments over and over and this brings him so much joy. When I first received the tablet I set it up for him so it was ready to go when he opened it on Christmas. I downloaded the apps he likes and signed into them all with no problem. After 2 weeks it logged me out of my streaming apps and will not allow me to log back into them. I keep getting a message that says my username or password are incorrect and to contact support of the streaming service if the problem persists. I’m logged in on my tv’s, my other children’s tablets, my phone and my son’s game console and no one else is having issues. I’ll never buy this tablet again or recommend anyone to waste their money on it!Update- it stopped working altogether. There’s no physical damage to the tablet at all and it has completely shut down. I can’t even charge it. I tried switching out the charger and still nothing. Absolute WASTE of money!

My autistic 7 year old freezer the screen sometimes and the charge doesn't last het more than a few hrsTried a fast charger but she broke 3 in 1 week so we hide the charger. Other than that she loves her tablet.
