They work. A little too well. The material is very thin and very soft. Stick is immediate. Absolutely no problem using while running and they prevent the dreaded red drippy nips. But if you have chest hair - buyer beware. They're more painful to take off than the worst bandaid.

These are a life saver! Or should I say nipple saver? Haha. These are great and will be a nice replacement for the bandaids I typically waste when I work out. They're nice and comfortable and come in two colors. Not that anyone is going to see them but yeah you have options nonetheless. If you're having issues with sweat and chafing nipples these should help you out a lot!

These work quite well and are far more breathable than the ones I've tried in the past. I can attest that they help with chaffing, as I've had that issue while wearing swim shirts before at the beach or while working out etc. However I took a star off because the first pair I tried had bad and not-too-sticky adhesive.

I’ve been using these for daily wear under thin polo shirts, and while they mostly do the job, the adhesive has been inconsistent. Some stick well, but others don’t—and if one starts to peel during the day, I’m honestly worse off than if I had worn nothing at all. They’re also a bit thicker than other options I’ve used, especially the thin, flexible plastic-style covers that tend to disappear better under clothing. The thickness isn’t a huge issue, but it’s worth noting. At the price point this is at, I’ve found other alternatives that perform significantly better, both in adhesive reliability and low-profile feel. This isn’t a bad product—it just wouldn’t be my first choice for daily wear.
