I frequently run and have trouble with rubbing on my chest/nipples when I go for longer distances. In the past I have used band-aids, surgical tape, and the annoying but effective hold-shirt-away-from-chest-with-one-hand method to address this issue.I tried this product multiple times and found it to be effective. The patches provided enough coverage. The patches were only sticky on the outer half or so of the round surface (like a donut, the middle is not sticky). The patches stayed in place, and my chest/nipples did not get irritated.In my case the patches stuck to my chest hair, and they were not touching my skin. I am not sure how sticky they would remain if directly on sweating skin. I thought they worked better than tape, band-aids, or my hand-method.What I liked:+ cost effective (50 pairs for less than $10)+ two colors (white and beige/nude) which could come in handy for white shirts or other needs+ very sticky (at least to chest hair)+ large enough to provide good coverage, yet thin enough to not show through my shirts.What I did not like:- A few of the patches stuck to the packaging and could not be removed for use (see pic). Hopefully this was a defect that does not occur on many of them (so far about 10% that i have used have had this issue)- The adhesive stuck almost too-well to my chest hair. I left it on to see how long it would stay in place. After 2 showers, 1 long sweaty run, 1 long sweaty bike, and another workout they were still in place. The patch never stuck to my skin but stayed in place and stuck incredibly well to my chest hair. I had to rip off to remove. ouch.

These are supposed to be for men, but I bought them for myself. I was honestly surprised at how small they are. I know menās and womenās nipples are different, but even when I compared them to my boyfriendās, they didnāt give full coverage. I havenāt used them yet, so I canāt speak on how well they stick or protect, but based on first impressions, Iām not too pleased with the size. Hopefully they work better than they look.
