These are okay overall, but I had issues with the white ones not sticking well. The beige seemed better, but the adhesive quality isn’t consistent across the batch. If you’re depending on these for daily wear or running, it’s a bit of a gamble. They’re usable, but I’ve had better results with other brands.

I regularly run long distance. This piece prevents chafe very well during the run. The ring has glue that sticks to the skin well while the center part is clean and soft without any glue. They stay in place during my run even when I am sweating all over around it. I am very happy with them and I highly recommend them.

This is an item that’s squarely in the “I didn’t know they made those, but now I need them!” category. I don’t run marathons or cycle, so the chafing wasn’t as big an issue for me as the “nip bump,” which I had been preventing under tight and/or thin shirts with adhesive bandages (band aids, if I may sort of use a brand name).I got two envelopes of covers (one for each color, with all 25 pairs of each color in their respective envelopes). I like that the center area is non-sticky. They are lightweight, and have a smooth, felty kind of feel to them, rather than being “plasticky” like some others. They did have a detectably strange odor to start with, but faded it very quickly after I opened the envelopes and was not an issue; I’d just recommend removing them from the envelopes and letting them “air out” for a couple of hours, and then put them back in for storage.Would have been nice if there was a hard case included: only one brand I’ve tried has included a little plastic snap-shut clamshell-style case, and it’s been great for tossing some into my toiletry bag without having to worry about them getting bent/mangled/etc. But you industrious folks will come up with something they can use for that purpose, I’m sure. :)Thanks for reading; I hope that my review helps you out!

Ok let's face it, as men we don't want the nipples showing through a shirt. I know some women have the whole free the nipple thing going on and I support that but I think men can stand to continue to hide the nipple. The price of 10 USD is reasonable IMO. They work as described. I would order these again.
