I’ve ordered two, one for each dog and they’ve been great. I don’t want my dogs via collar, only by harness so I can’t say if they are good on walks but aesthetically they are very cute. For the price you can’t beat the customization.

Properly identifies your pet but it's a little bit too thick to easily get thru the belt loop.

It's a great product. My only issue is that it doesn't adjust to an 11lb dog without incorporating the printed label into the buckle mechanism. If they would just move the attached label closer to the male end of the buckle it could easily be adjusted down to fit a smaller neck.Update: The company immediately contacted me and offered solutions to correct the problem. I ordered the collars with adjustments. They told me to keep the originals and that the updates would be processed immediately. A refreshing bout of "Quality Customers Service" in this not so customer friendly world. Appreciated!!

Ordered 10 personalized collars with name and phone number on 4/9 and they were delivered in less than 2 weeks. They are beautiful colors and the reflective stitching is very obvious which is a plus! They are better quality than the ones you buy at the store and my dogs seem to think they are also more comfortable. For $14 I received a personalized collar and matching leash. My local pet store is selling engraved tags (which fall off the collar/rings and have to be replaced often) for $10. This is definitely the better value.
