Setup of the burners is quick, there is a single clasp that holds the two halves together. Once undone, they fold apart to reveal the burners. The metal grates are nested upside down to take up less space. Once the grates are in place, the gas hose is press fit on the burner side, the threaded end is a standard connector for camping propane tanks. Each burner has its own gas flow knob and ignitor, so they can be adjusted independently. The included griddle plate has tabs that interlock with the grate to prevent movement during cooking. All surfaces have a non-stick coating, so clean up can be done with a wet wipe cloth and some paper towels.The included storage bag is large enough to fit everything. This design takes up a lot less space than our older propane burner. It is missing a wind shield, which was useful on occasion, but worth the tradeoff for greater portability and ease of use.
