I just received this today and tested it several times. If it keeps working like it did today, it will be the best riverter I have owned. I love the way the head rotates to the various size rivet shaft sizes. The dual handles makes it easy to pull and the little cup to catch the shafts is nice.

Used it to connect gutters during an install. Some of the smaller rivets were a bit off, wouldn't connect unless I pressed down hard on it, some were duds. Mainly good though.

Initially worked on medium size rivets - then tried smaller diameter rivet supplied with tool and does not grip. The handles move but nothing happens. I took the end off the tool (it unscrews) and there are 3 jaws that come together to grip the rivet. With the end cap off, the 3 jaws grab the shaft of the small size rivets with no problem. But once the tool is assembled, the tool won't get a grip on the rivet shaft. The generous supply of rivets really came in handy because I did not have that variety of sizes on hand.

I had to purchase this to replace the window regulator in my Mustang. I found that this style of rivet gun is better to get into places where a right angle gun can't go. This style also takes less effort to crimp the rivet in place. I think it works great and it was inexpensive. If you need a rivet gun, this might be the one for you.

These are well built and with 2 handles it will be much cleaner and easier than the single hand grip devices. The head allows for multiple settings to ensure you can utilize the different rivet sizes. It also has a catch can which makes it easier to keep working instead of chasing the trash that remains. For the price I feel it is a good buy and a nice tool.

i'm very happy with this rivet setter. it includes a good selection of pop rivets, and it's easy to adjust the tool for the correct shank size. the tool provides lots of leverage and it was easy to set rivets with it — especially in the larger sizes this tool is MUCH easier than the single-hand style rivet gun.the plastic jar that catches the shanks comes off pretty easily, but it goes back on just as easily.
