Really good set and def worth getting if you're serious about your instruments and setting them up! The MUSICNOMAD stuff is a little on the pricey side but for the specificity of what you're getting, I felt it was worth it. I ended up buying a full set up station worth of stuff including the oils and polishes, fret cleaner and 5 different polish rags and shammies and one super fluffy double sided cleaning and polishing rag that was super great and the rags individually are not badly priced nor the polish and neck oils etc. What I found a little pricey was the things one would only buy the one time like the kit for neck adjustments with the truss rod and the kit with the octopus inside or the guitar work station mat and the things inside this kit. But, the kit saved a few bux at least and individually, these tools are definitely more money so best to buy the kit, and as I said before, if you're serious about having a nice playing and sounding instrument, well and smelling for that matter, awe lets toss in looking as well, then MUSICNOMAD equipment, tools, and polishes etc. is the way forward!

Great deal, if you were to buy any of these separate, it'd add up quick. All the products are super practical and useful, if you ever work on guitars even your own, I don't think you'd ever regret getting this pack.

Cons:Screwdriver plating chipped immediately. Plastic nut driver is cheap and gives way when turning tough nuts. JUNKCutters are way oversized and spring has not enough tension. Decent cutting ability but horrible compared to my inexpensive Craftsman cutters from over 20 years ago.JUNK.Instrument pad logo is cutoff in corner. JUNK.PROS:Pad is good size and good for its intended use. NICEStringwinder is well padded to keep from damaging finish and spins strings on quickly. NICEPin puller works as intended. NICEBrushes/pads work as intended, but are thin and are more of a specialty use. However, I appreciate their inclusion in the pack. NICE

i was excited when I got this kit as I had never changed guitar strings before and wanted a quality product to help me with the process. I loosen the stings and cut them and then find out that there is no bridge pin puller in the kit. I had to use a pair of pliers to remove one bridge pin and damaged it it the process. Also they include samples of fret and fret board cleaner/conditioner but are in pouches so they are not easy to use again. Small bottles would be better. I e mailed the company about the bridge pin puller but got no response.I have other music nomad products but this will result in my looking at other companies for their products

I absolutely LOVE this kit. It covers all the basics. The neck rest is the best and most useful I've ever used. The string winder is very smooth, fast and the nicest I've used. The Octopus is a good screwdriver and it's nice to have all the wrenches right there.The string cutters are string cutters and they work well- they're spring loaded, which is a bonus. The nut lube works great, no complaints. I'd highly recommend this to anyone looking to get quality guitar tools at a good price.

Everything a Guitar or Bass player needs to keep there instrument clean and in good working order. If it's not in the kityou don't need it.
