I thought my upper actuator was broken but it was actually the bottom actuator. For everyone who hasn't done this, put your hand on both actuators to see which is broken.

Got this for my 2007 Mustang GT works great. I have been told that ford dealerships will stop stocking these very soon. And the price is better than the dealer and it is the same part

So far so good, bought aftermarket first time, broke quickly. This one appears to be better quality. Difficult to install due to placement, not the parts fault. 2007 mustang v6.

Works like an OEM one. However, installation is quite difficult and nerve wracking. But I must say it is not the fault of item, but rather the design of the vehicle itself as to where they buried it under the dash.Highly recommend it as a replacement part, but not for a novice to undertake the installment as it is quite challenging.But part works like an OEM one and it's worth the price.

Great product only problem is the limited space given under the dash to install the part. The best way to do it is to grab a short universal 3/8 socket with an 8mm and use that to release and install the screws rather than trying to swing a ratchet that will take you hours. Also make sure the arm connects all the way down on the circular retainer. You may need to install and turn the defrost on in order for it to align properly.

You cant go wrong with OEM parts. I haver stopped purchasing aftermarket parts recently as the quality of aftermarket parts are really bad and don't last long. Just do yourself a favor and purchase OEM parts for your vehicle even if they are more expensive. They will last longer in the long run.
