We weren't certain this would replace the motor on our electric recliner made by Carver, Model ML18. Good news! It aligned perfectly with the predrilled holes from the broken motor. It works great & now we have the whole sofa back tog ether again! Thank you!! [we looked at a lot of ser. # and part # . the unit we used did not match the part no.# of the chair, but in comparing them -- we used one that was the same, dimension, power requirements. etc. It worked and works fine. good luck.

It was a Ritht motor and bar for my flex steel recliner that I paid 1400$ and the unit After Less than 4 years Broke and left me with no option To Throw my Recliner Away .Thanks to you .

You need to also replace the power supply as this motor is 29v - the HHC is 24v - then you cut off power supply plugs on your chair and this actuator, the second wire off new actuator can be tossed, splice white to brown - blue to black - easy peasy

I'm having a hard time finding the right repair kit. The cables that came with the kit are not compatible with my chair. The motor assemble will fit in chair, I can't use the cables. I will have to send back the motor kit. I'm having a hard time finding the correct motor kit
