Every prop on the front side of this trailer was broken off. This was the most repair work I've had to do with any Lemax structure that I have purchased.

The item itself is fine but all the little pieces are loose and I find that very strange. I received the package and heard little rattles when opening. I didn't see any damage to the outer or inner box. When I opened it, all the little accessory pieces were loose so I thought they weren't glued correctly and somehow became loose. I returned the item and asked for another one to be sent and explained the reason for return. I was sent another one but the issue was the same. So I am guessing that those pieces are supposed to be loose and the person receiving the item is supposed to glue them in place??? That doesn't seem right..I returned the second one also

After finally receiving the tree farm stand, I noticed it was only the ceramic shell. It says “ With 1.83m cord (6 feet) or with LED light cord with battery box or with LED light cord with adaptor On/Off switch” but it did not come with it. Very disappointing.

This item is very cute, and I would have loved to give it a 5 star rating, but every tree, sign, person, dog, sled, wreath, and rear hitch arrived broken off. It wasn't very difficult to glue them back on, but I shouldn't have had to. Considering the condition of everything else, I was shocked that the candy cane pole and string lights were fine.

This was supposed to be a birthday present and heard pcs rattling around in package so fortunately we opened it before presenting the item . Sadly the replacement has to be shipped from the U.S and this one has to be labeled to go back over the border. And we have to drive 20 miles to do so.Not sure Prime is working out like it’s supposed to.
