Your cart is empty.The Edelbrock Performer Air-Gap Intake Manifold features the air-gap design for the ultimate street performance in the idle to 5, 500 RPM range. This manifold is dual-plane, low-rise intake manifolds with a 180 degree firing order and patented runner design that is not available in other brands. Torque and horse power are increased. The air-gap design features an open air space that separates the runners from the hot engine oil resulting in a cooler, denser charge for more power. The high-velocity runners deliver excellent throttle response throughout the power band. The great looks of the Performer air-gap along with the solid idle to 5, 500 RPM performance makes this an ideal choice for street rods and street machines. There is no provision for exhaust heated chokes or exhaust crossover.

If u dont have this on your carbed sbc then idk what your doing, prolly not doing it right, i know that much!Get it and your fuel boiling issues will dissapear! No More hot starts when you come back after driving and try to restart it dies bc of fuel vaporizing in the lines. This will definitely help and also get a wee bit of horsepower freed up as well. This should be on everyones list. Much better than that Torker2 corvette intake.

Very nice intake! Performs great and I love the air gap look! Just be sure to use a quality bolt set and "The Right Stuff" brand RTV and you will not have any problems.

Have not even installed this intake yet, but it appears to have the qualities I am looking for use on my boat motor.
