Good quality toy. I hide treats in it for my dog. She has pulled out a few of the little nubbys though.

I was really hoping this would be a good way to help keep my dog's teeth clean because she is opposed to having her teeth brushed. Unfortunately, my dog didn't want to chew on the toy. However, that's not why I'm giving it 3 stars - this is due to the difficulty in cleaning. I used a small brush to get inside and washed it in my dishwasher, and there was still toothpaste in it. I also tried it with the squeezable peanut butter and had the same issue. My dog couldn't get all of the product out of the tpy. I understand why the bristles need to be small for teeth cleaning, but I wish it was easier to clean. Maybe soaking it may help.

This Durable Dog Chew Toy is clearly built to last, with tough natural rubber and a solid design that holds up well against even determined chewers. The firmness and density give it strong longevity, making it a great option for dogs that tend to destroy softer toys quickly. That said, while the construction is impressive, the toy may not appeal to all dogs—especially those who prefer toys with more give or interactive features. In this case, the rigid feel and textured nubs didn’t capture much interest from my dog, and attempts to make it more enticing with toothpaste or peanut butter just resulted in a mess without much added engagement. If your dog enjoys dense, no-frills rubber chews, this could be a hit. But if they’re more motivated by softer textures, flavors, or squeakers, it may not hold their attention for long.

This toy looks adorable and feels well-made, but unfortunately, my dog just isn’t interested in it. Nothing against the toy itself—it just doesn’t seem to be her thing. That said, I’m not sure it would hold up to her aggressive chewing anyway. It’s made of that standard rubber material she usually tears through pretty quickly. I’ll be passing it along to a friend or neighbor to see if their pup enjoys it more.

My golden loves this thing. They're so mouthy. He just has to have a binky when he's unsure/afraid. Of delivery people. Or loud trucks. Or squirrels. Or anything. He's always bringing me my socks. No more. Now I tell him to go grab his "gummy" and he grabs this toy. They do double duty as a toy and as a tooth cleaner, but mine also works as a pacifier because that's just how goldens are. The irregular shape bounces unpredictably, which also keeps him interested if we do small toss and fetch in the house.[As a Vine member, Amazon lets me pick from a pool of free products in exchange for my honest review. This is a nice concept for teeth cleaning, especially since you can put toothpaste in the middle to help with the removal of tartar and plaque. The only downside to this feature would be if your dog rolls it all over the floor and spreads toothpaste everywhere. The listing also suggests using peanut butter, which would create a giant mess too. I did not try out this feature as I knew my dog would have me cleaning up afterward.I should have looked at the measurements on a ruler instead of looking at the photos with the border collie and pit bull which make this toy look a lot bigger than it is. The listing indicates it is for dogs between 20 and 90 pounds, but I don’t think this would be safe for dogs with large mouths as they can choke on such a small object. My dog is about 74 pounds and I’m debating whether I want to allow her to keep it.When I gave this to my girl Zahra she was interested, but I could tell she wasn’t over the moon about it. That’s not a reflection on the toy itself, since dogs have different personal preferences. Within minutes however, Zahra began to try to pull the rubber nubs off with her front teeth. I told her to stop, and she went back to gentle chewing. She has been good with the toy ever since, but owners should be vigilant about watching their dog while using it due to the small rubber nubs.I’m giving this 4 stars with the caveat that this rating is for smaller breeds. Larger dogs should steer clear of this toy due to the possibility of choking.
