The item ha nice design. However its too much low quality built material. Damaged during shipment.Also the nice brass color faded away within 1 month.Contacted the seller , they agreed for partial refund but nothing received yet.

This is such a beautiful tray for Diwali, I was really impressed! It fits standard tea lights and you can fill the bowl in the center (I used floating candles and fresh flowers). A great decorative addition and also would make a beautiful gift.

Painted item! Paint came off as soon as it came into contact with water. The metal underneath is not finished or stainless steel. It rusted with water contact. What a rip off for its price👎🏼. Stop selling this item on Amazon.

I recently bought an urli from this seller. When the product was received it was scratched from multiple places.I placed a refund request, and they replied there is 40% stocking fee and I have to pay for the courier back (to India). Technically that means I wont get any refund for the defective product. Amazon needs to look into seller like these.If you want to save you money and time refrain from buying from this seller.
