I was looking for an OFF time delay relay. This is not that. For OFF time delay, you'd wire constant power to vcc, switched power to svcc. energizing svcc should engage the relay. de-energizing svcc should start the timer then unlatch the relay after the set time delay. this is not what this module does. This unit will latch the relay immediately after energizing constant vcc power, instead of the switched svcc power. When you toggle the svcc switch on, nothing happens. When you switch svcc off, the timer does start and unlatches the relay after the delay. However, switching svcc back on after that does NOT restart the relay. you have to cut constant vcc power and reconnect in order for the relay to turn back on.To me it seems that this is just a normal ON relay without delay, using vcc as the control circuit. You then have an optional off toggle using the svcc which permanently shuts the relay down until vcc is reset.
