Review written on the day item was delivered. This rivet gun has well-made feel to it. I performed some test riveting using 1/8" rivets with 2 different grip lengths, and the tool performed quite well. Ran a comparison test between this new gun vs my old industrial quality hand riveter. The compression of the rivet was very satisfactory with the 20v rivet gun. The DeWalt batteries fit/ran well - no issues there. There is room in the case to store batteries. The case itself is ok. I can't speak to tool longevity but at this time I give it 5 stars.
