The human sweater fit great but the XL dog size was way too small. Seemed more like a medium

The quality of the sweatshirt is fantastic!! I was scared the xs for my 4 lb dog was going to be too big, because he wears an xxs. It fits snug on him, but fits. I also thought because they are universal for men and women that getting an adult XL would be oversized like I wanted it, but it feels like a L in women's. Still love them and keeping them. I just know next time to order up a size or 2. For men I would think they would have to order several sizes up. Just an FYI.

These are heavy duty, nice quality sweatshirts !For reference: ordered a Large for both human and doggy. Human is 175, chest 40". Doggy is 35 lb, chest 24. She's not a big dog, so I was really not sure that L would work, but as it turns out it's fine. Maybe could've even gone the next size up. Not sure how often the human will wear the hoodie, but the doggy is wearing hers every day!

Gifted this to a friend and she absolutely loved it. She put it right on (even though i thought it was to warm out), said it was super soft, and off for a walk they went.
