Came with instructions and everything needed to start out. I liked the double headed nails at first but they have a tendency to separate the nail shank from the nail, but I guess I can always just get the nails I want. It's honestly one of the best things I've gotten this year since I always struggled with mounting things level and getting the position right. I used the tape and light-pencil-lead method before and things would ways end up tilted after mounting, but this solution is so much better since you're not transferring a template to the wall. Your using the actual item "in situ".
