This is an awesome product. I use it in hotels to rid the room of the chemical fragrances found in cleaning chemicals that housekeeping uses. The scented chemical cleaners from scented bleach, Scented furniture polish as well as air fresheners have many low-level carcinogenic properties. This machine neutralizes them and also removes cigarette smoke.Con: not much of a con, but this thing has two fuses. One is for the fan, the other for the ionizer. They tend to blow very easily. Make sure it's turned OFF before you plug it in or you will become a pro fuse-changer. It comes with two spare fuses but I'd recommend having several more on hand.Overall excellent product. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars only because of the fuse issue.
